INTERACTIVE FEATURE – CHOCOLATE BAR
Alison Nelson thought of opening the Chocolate Bar after working
at various coffee shops during her twenties.
When she opened the Chocolate Bar, she didn't know much about opening
a store in Manhattan.
Ms. Nelson hires staff who have great personalities, rather than
those who have extensive experience in the chocolate industry.
