RETURNS POLICY

At Chocolate Bar we strive to provide the best service along side the best product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are able to accept returns for the following items:

• T-Shirts
• Chocolate Bowls
• Bags
• Ties
• Pins
• Patches & Stickers
• Unopened boxes of Tea
• Unopened boxes of Tea sleeves

To return these items you must send an e-mail to sales@chocolatebarnyc.com alerting us of your return and the reason why within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once reviewed we will issue a returns e-mail with directions specifying how to make the return.
A credit for your purchase minus the shipping costs will be issued to the credit card you made the purchase with.

We can not accept any returns of chocolate or food based items.

For product damaged during shipment please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 1-800-481-2462.
